* Any work to be done on Lake Hartwell, within Army Corp Property lines, is the express responsibility of the abutting Property Owner to coordinate with the Army Corp & submit ideas & plans for approval. Lakeside assumes no liability for work not approved by the Army Corp for abutting Property Owner/s that is done within Army Corp lines.

LAKESIDE YARD SERVICES is your premier designer & installer of Golf Cart Paths, aka Cart Paths, for your lake home. We install Golf Cart Paths on Lake Jocassee, Lake Keowee & Lake Hartwell. We work in Oconee, Pickens & Anderson County, SC & are well versed in each of the Counties Codes, setbacks & guidelines from Duke Energy & the Army Corp of Engineers to ensure your Golf Cart Path is installed correctly.

In addition to the standard plain concrete broom finish, we provide custom finishing options for your Golf Cart Path such as Decorative Stamped & Stained Concrete & Exposed Aggregate Finish.

On your property, we can go as wide as you like. Typically Cart Paths are 6 feet wide. We do not recommend less than 5 feet wide. For Lake Jocassee & Lake Keowee, within the vegetative buffer zone above each lake's elevation line, the path can only be a max of 6 feet wide.

For Cart Paths on Lake Hartwell within the appropriate zones owned by the Army Corp of Engineers, the current guideline is up to a max of 6 feet wide & colored in dark brown or black. The Exposed Aggregate Finish is a great option as it provides a dark brown finish with texture from the exposed pebbles(aggregate). The standard would be colored concrete with a broom finish.
